Kris was first exposed to real estate as a kid, having witnessed her parents dabble in real estate. She learned the powerful lesson of building equity after her parents profited from the sale of a little cottage on Lk. Washington after only owning it for a few years. She understands the value of a view, importance of beautiful landscaping and the power a great floorplan has on the resale value of a home.
Real estate was a natural calling for Kris in 2005 after leaving a career in software. She is above all, a ‘people person’ who thoroughly enjoys the relationships she builds with her clients, vendors, developers and fellow brokers.
Whether relocating to or from Seattle, starting a family, downsizing, investing or purchasing a first home; life happenings create opportunities and challenges, and she enjoys helping people through those events.
Kris lives in Wallingford with her husband Pat. She enjoys time with her grown kids, loves paddleboarding, kayaking, skiing, hiking and regular walks around Greenlake. She is an active real estate investor and also operates an AirBnB rental in Seattle, so she is up to date on what her clients would need to know if they wished to pursue either of those endeavors.
