A people person at heart, and a native of the Pacific Northwest, Jenifer Bitzer delivers high quality service to her clients as they maneuver the process of selling their home. She takes her responsibility of navigating risk on their behalf very seriously such that the process from beginning to end runs as smoothly as possible. She prides herself on her communication strengths to keep all parties informed. She has ranked in the top 20% of agents in her office of 200+ agents for Q3 & Q4 of 2022, and Q1 of 2023.
In a former professional life, Jenifer held several marketing managerial roles over 23 years in the finance and insurance industries with a focus on branding, events, sponsorships and community relations. She leans on this experience, along with her creativity to market properties in the best light to attract buyers and get top dollar for properties she lists. Jenifer holds a high standard for any vendor she utilizes and recommends to clients and has several resources at her fingertips from financing to staging, and everything in between.
As a strong believer of the power of mentoring, Jenifer currently serves on the Ambassador Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, and on the Marketing Advisory Board for the WSU Carson College of Business. She holds a BA in Communications from WSU with minors in Business and Sociology. She lives in Seattle’s Victory Heights neighborhood with her husband Chad and fur-son Arlo where she loves entertaining, gardening and following design trends indoors and out. It should also be noted how much she loves dogs, and has a particular soft spot for golden retrievers.
